Hello WL fans, do get copy of zao bao today. I must have the feeling there is his news. I had to use toilet urgently and went to coffee shop to use the toilet. Then sat down had a drink and get copy of Zao Bao, open then WL news. So happy !
Inside it covers news on WL's appearance at Paralympics opening and him being ambassador for Paralympics duet a song with one China Female singer (unknown who at the moment).
He also revealed that he has submitted 8 songs to his company and 2-3 songs were said to be not bad and had a chance to be in his next album early next year.
I am shocked to read this news. Its been long time I last heard from Tank. He seems to be a nice guy and so many positive news about him but today I am really disappointed.
Besides this irresponsible behaviour, he is a heavy drinker (despite his heart problems) and womanizer. He has 6 gf at the same time in the past while having a steady one. They broke off and now he seems to go night spots often to meet with ladies ...................
Well the list is out for coming season 7. I am looking forward :

NEW YORK (AP) -- Scooching in between Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson sounds intimidating, if not a little scary.
Kara DioGuardi says she's "gonna speak to Simon the way I speak to everybody."
But Kara DioGuardi, the newly-installed fourth judge on "American Idol," is confident she'll find her niche within the bickering, ratings-tested judges' panel where the line between love and hate is blurred with every critique. "I'm just gonna speak to Simon the way I speak to everybody," DioGuardi told reporters during a teleconference Monday. "I'm just gonna have my opinion, be honest and I don't foresee any problems. I'm really excited about this, and up for the challenge."
The Grammy-nominated songwriter will make her debut when the eighth season of "Idol" premieres in January, the Fox network said Monday. "It's really flattering too, you know, to think that ('Idol') even thought about me," she said. "I mean, when I got the call, I thought they were calling the wrong person. So I'm the new kid on the block, and I'm hoping everyone's gonna go easy on me -- and that I bring a lot to the table."
It's not yet clear how ties will be broken in the audition process -- in past seasons, two out of three judges had to agree to advance aspiring pop stars to the Hollywood round. And something will have to give during the telecast that barely has enough time to fit in three judges' opinions. DioGuardi, now the youngest "Idol" judge at 37, said she leads a "low-key" life. In that case, she'd do well to prepare for the instant celebrity that comes with appearing on the most popular -- and lucrative -- reality show on television.
Today at 1 pm, Jason, Cynthia, Anne, WL's mum and myself met at Kranji MRT and took 170 bus to JB. From there we take 170 again to Larkin station reach there 3 pm then we had late lunch before share cab to Ulu Tiram where SRJK(C) Foon Yew 5 Hall for the performance.
The cab fare costs RM20 one way and we counted it was reasonable as its about 20 mins drive from Larkin to the school.
The hall was big with many parents and children. We walk around look at the items on sale and gave some donation. Ended up I bought one bag RM10 of 7 different biscuits and another bag of Ipoh white coffee RM 12 with 2 cup noodles. This is part of charity funding and Anne and WL's mum also bought 2 bags each.
Earlier when we arrive we try look for seats nearer to stage there are people sitting scattered around. But about 20 mins before WL and SH appear, crowd started pulling chairs towards front and around stage. We were like 4-5 rows from stage. After few rounds performance of tai chi, wu shu finally the moment we waiting for.
As WL came to stage, a lot of children already move to stage to use their HP to take photos or record. Parents also walk towards stage. As we want to take photos and video we also move to front.Realised WL is very popular with the children. After sang 2 songs I love you and Qing Ai De Juo Ge Hao Meng, during which we were worried that WL still sick not sure if he can sing well today but he sang very well and does not show that he was sick.
After that WL and SH came out to choose 3 children each where they can each ask WL and SH questions from a list of questions.
1st question from a girl. She asked WL what is he busy with now. WL said he is busy trying to write songs for his 3rd album which is going to release early 2009.
2nd question from a boy. He asked WL what kind of instruments he play and if there is any he like to learn. WL said he knows a number of musical instruments which he pickup at school. One is recorder and the second was harmonica. He can play but not very well. (This is besides guitar and piano)
3rd question from another girl, she asked WL what he does on his free time. WL said he will sleep, use computer to MSN and play games or read blog entries. After this WL and SH duet a song chu mo with WL playing guitar followed by SH sang 2 new drama songs. Her 2nd album will be releasing very soon.
Finally we called same cab to come pick us to City Square paid RM28 for that one way. We had dinner which was reasonable priced and then went to 3rd floor shop to buy tit bits home. After we walk to JB custom and found that the queue for bus was too crowded. We later met at Singapore 170 bus stop and took MRT home. We reach Kranji MRT around 9 pm. It was a long day !
WL look a lot thinner. Heard he now weigh only 59kg compared to 62kg previously. Hope he get well soon for his September Beijing Paralympics performance ! WL Jia You !
Good news for everyone. Sin Huey and Wei Lian will be performing at JB Malaysia this sunday. Songs and music lovers would not want to miss this event~!

It just happen this week we have colleague came from US to work on projects. As usual we have team dinner at Indochine restaurant Wisma Atria. Tonight one colleague was missing unable to join. We have 6 of us, my company gave staff Birthday voucher every year. My boss take this opportunity to present me the birthday card and voucher during dinner. So this is my 2nd celebration for my birthday. On Monday one of my user invited me for lunch. That is my first birthday celebration (Thanks Jac !)
CSI has been my favourite US drama since it started in 2000. Now just ended season 8, I find ever since William Peterson is getting less and less airplay (He was too tired and needed break has been on/off since Season 7) the show is getting less interesting. I can say out of the 20+ episodes per season only about 10-12 episodes is good the rest can skip in compared to season 1-6 almost all the episodes were great. Now its finally time come where he has to really leave the show for good to pursue his own career advancement. Wishing him all the best.
Lawrence Fishbourne is not someone I think CBS will hire to replace William Peterson but something I never doubt is he is a great actor and looking forward to Season 9 where he will appear from episode 9. I hope with him, CSI will be better and closer to earlier seasons. Besides him there will be another new female cast joining CSI. With Sara already left but coming back in Season 9 as guest star. The other long time cast is suppose to be killed in Season 9. I hope he is not dead but just leaving the show temporary and coming back in Season 10.
Many changes but hope for the best for CSI Las Vegas !
I missed PI's YM message and did not know Chan is in Singapore for meeting. Managed to get hold of her through PI and Herman. Chan finally called me yesterday and we arranged to meet today. Chan looked better than last time I see her 2007 Aug during my birthday dinner. She also lost weight. We met for a quick lunch at Din Dai Fung Raffles city. After that she went back to her friend's place to pack and catch the 4 pm flight back Jakarta.
I believe Chan will be alot more relaxed when home and will be refreshed when return to work at Germany as what I experienced this time.
Its been like 3 months since my last trip back Malaysia. Its a right time to go back as I really need a break. So busy at work with a big project going on and has not had good sleep for weeks. So much stress to get work finished before leave for my vacation. I am glad I came back feeling more relaxed and refresh but I am sure from tomorrow this gonna change.
Things I did during my one week: 1. Completed 3 TVB dramas 2. Renewed my international passport within 3 hours 3. Spend quality time with family, esp my parents 4. Celebrated my 2nd sister's birthday 5. Watched olympics (mainly badminton and swimming) 6. Went to gym twice 7. Went shopping at Subang Parade twice 8. Met 2 friends
I really felt this whole week was worth it. The last time I went back Malaysia for a week was during CNY in Feb. Usually I go back for 3-4 days only.
I am glad that the Immigration office has improved its service that now for renewal of international passport can get it within same day.
Those who want to renew their Malaysian passport, you can do it in Malaysia be at the office before 3 pm. There is a machine in a small room that you can pay and get passport renew then come back in 2 hours to counter 13 to collect passport. This is done at the old Subang airport the location is right before Terminal 3 left turn you can see green sign on right that shows the immigration office. Its quite small but fast.
Other than this I find that the Malaysian restaurants now full of foreigners. Cannot imagine how they can take orders when most of them those from Vietnam and Myanmar cannot even speak a word of Malay or English. One of them tried taking my order only to go find a more senior Filipino staff to talk to me. In Singapore we will see alot of Filipinos in service industry esp cinemas and restaurants/fast food or department stores. But Malaysia now has a high increase of Myanmar and Vietnamese.
The KTM train was so full and pack with people after the petrol hike. I tried pump my sister's small car used to pay RM30+ for full tank. I pump RM49 for 2/3 of tank. I am shocked. Anyway I only drove once to KL and glad I do not need to pump so many times for petrol.
Other things I gained from my trip: 1. A lot of mosquito bites on my both hands and legs 2. Catch up on Malaysian badminton players. Never watch for past 7 years. Did not know Malaysia still have strong male single and doubles players. Too bad doubles lost in qtr finals.
Lee Chong Wei, Malaysian's top male shuttler is in finals with Li Dan. Wish him all the best ! Malaysia Boleh ! Match start 8.40 pm tonight.
As for Singapore, table tennis female team is in finals tonight. Competition starts at 7.30pm tonight. All the best to Singapore table tennis players. May Singapore get its first gold medal in 2008 Olympics.

Yesterday was the Olympics Opening at Beijing watch a bit at gym before 8 pm on the crowd waiting outside the Stadium. Too bad that I have no tv at home so I tried search internet but not able to watch as mostly only allowed watch within China. Hope can find some videos at youtube or somewhere can watch. I do not like the part on the athletes coming out by country. Such a bore.
Today is Singapore National Day! Again day started off being me in bed early last night to rest wake up around 6.30 am to check emails then I saw reply from my developer so I had to login to system and reply to complete. Last night CIO sent one email I was very tired at first thought I dont want to reply then think again better for me to reply.
Today I wanted to go out to post something only to realised its National Day and public holiday so I had to come home with my parcels and only can post mid Aug.
Tomorrow is my day to go back to Malaysia ! I am meeting a few KL friends and try to catch up. One of them already mother of 2 now.
Malaysia here I come ! I need rest and sleep...............!
Today so early morning got issues. Wake up see all the emails on my company BB then I started to reply. Not long after I change wanting go to work wa so "sui" my door knob locked from inside but cannot open. I thought my landlord is pulling my leg I scream bang on door but cannot open so how leh.
Later I found 2 scissors and with my strength I just tried my best and open the door using the scissors. I spent 10 mins and sweat my whole face doing it inside locked room. Later I realised the door knob spoilt. Well need to spend $$$ again to get new door knob.
Further to this I have whole morning fixing issues, I will share more about the tragic project that I am assisting but eventually end up I am the one handling almost everything by myself. Thanks to everyone including my "lao ban" who tell me I should just focus do my own thing and not get too involve. At the end........... sigh !
Glad its over at least for now and resolved on my part.
