近日，新加坡盲人歌王陈伟联受邀担任第13届残疾人奥运会帆船比赛开幕式表演嘉宾。这个消息让这位新加坡家喻户晓的盲人歌王兴奋不已，他说特别荣幸有这样的机会参与到残奥会的开幕式活动中来，会用自己的歌声给现场的残疾人运动员加油，希望他们勇创佳绩。

　　自加入娱乐圈后，身为盲人歌手的陈伟联一直给外间一种乐观、自信和开朗的印象。推出专辑《I伟联》进军内地后，更不断参加公益事业为慈善活动演出，用自己的歌声告诉人们无论遇到什么样的逆境，人生的真谛在于勇敢地接受和勇敢的前进。用歌声告诉世界所谓命运其实并不是可以成为牵绊人们前进脚步的理由，成功是属于那些勇敢无畏的人们，要相信希望。

　　所有听过陈伟联歌曲的朋友都有共同的感觉，他的歌声非常能打动人，抚慰人心，给人力量，让人觉得人生充满了希望。正是他的歌声，他这种乐观、坚韧的奋斗精神，深深打动了此次开幕式的导演组。而且其自身的经历与残疾人运动员坚强不屈的运动精神如出一辙，所以，特别邀请陈伟联献声残奥帆赛开幕式。届时，将有各国嘉宾、国际残奥委会、国际帆船联合会、北京奥组委和25个国家，地区参赛代表团的运动员、教练员到场参加。

　　获知被邀担任开幕式表演嘉宾，陈伟联觉得非常荣幸，自己与残奥会的选手们可能都有不同的身体缺憾，但大家都非常坚强面对人生，在不同的领域里面不断奋斗，打拼出一片天空。成为歌手后，想做得最多就是把乐观、自信及积极的生活态度传递给那些需要关爱的人们，尽自己的绵薄之力唤起社会对特殊人群的关注和人与人之间的“关爱”,并鼓舞各国参赛者在帆船比赛中能拼出好的成绩。
