Deadlines since May 2009
My project is getting more busy. My first deadline 29th May 2009 I just finished with the first batch of test cases today. Now I am reviewing the list.
My next deadline is with testing I have to start later today as deadline is 29th May 2009 as well.
My next deadline coming mid-July 2009 this time its more documents need to update about 150+ excel documents to create and update. Sigh another timeline coming.
Really need a break. When I am under stress I will tend to have indigestion problem. Feel stomach get bloated easily recently I need to exercise more and relax more.
Sorry if I did not blog much as really do not have much time and mood. I still have housekeeping and room cleaning, bought new vacuum cleaner one week liao still have not started :(

AI8 and DWTS8
Interestingly both my favourite competition American Idol and Dancing With the Stars(US) is now at season 8. But DWTS started later as they have 2 seasons in a year.

Anyway after the disappointment that Danny did not get into top 2 with Adam or Kris, my focus is turn on to DWTS as they have the best top 3 in 8 seasons. Now I hope Adam the best singer will win tomorrow.
Due to injuries faced by both Gilles (top from beginning but standard drop halfway through the competition due to shoulder injury but came back last week) and Melissa who did not perform one of the week due to ribs injury, it benefited Shawn Johnson who gets improved week after week.
She is so cute, energetic dancer and I really loved her.
And now she is the new champion of DWTS and should be the youngest at 17 years and she is Olympic Gold medalist for gymnastics.

Gilles the best dancer is at no 2 following closely behind. Both Gilles and Shawn share same 88/90 points after 2 days of finale.

Ng Hui and her mother was there for the rehearsals and recordings of the recent MC program. Below is what I copied directly from her blog dated 5th May:
I finally had the chance to hear Chen Wei Lian sing live last night...
Not just once but 3 times because of the so many rounds of ‘unneccesary’ rehearsals we had to go through. Poor guy, it must have been taxing on his vocal chords.
Nevertheless, I really enjoyed the experience...
As I watched on and listened hard to the lyrics, I thought to myself, “Boy, it must have been tough on you to be robbed away of your sight at such a young age...” And then I turned to my mum who was sitting right next to me and said to her, “I bet he must have been a really positive person with a really strong mind who listens and believes in himself a lot.”
“Of course!” my mum replied, “one will get used to it (she meant losing his sight) eventually...”
“Oh yeah but I am definite that it must have been because of the strength and willpower he had in him that brought out the best of whatever’s remaining. I mean to be facing so many people without the ability to look right into their eyes? He really had to learn to listen hard and decipher within himself what’s right and what’s wrong, who’s good and who’s not, and at the same time still stay true to his very own soul isn’t it? That must have been really tough getting used to, I am sure.”
My mum nodded and we continued to enjoy the beautiful tunes...
Very often, WE take many things for granted.
We are born with a pair of eyes but we don’t take good care of them enough.
We are born with a pair of ears but we don’t use them well enough.
We are born with a functioning brain but we don’t think it right enough.
We are born with a functioning heart but we don’t feel it deep enough.
It happens to ME too :p
I see YOU, I hear YOU, I feel YOU...
All the time.
But I think it is not good enough.
Now I want to do that better.
For you to see ME, hear ME and feel ME even more...

Tonight is the night with the best top 3 ever. Each of the top 3 has their own strengths:
Danny Gokey - (My favourite) Soulful and husky voice. Likeable contestant. Someone with great vocals
Adam Lambert - (My other favourite) Someone with great vocals and 100% rocker. Ability to sing very high notes.
Kris Allen - Great with instruments, talented with rearrangements of songs but average vocals. Dark horse of the competition.
First round (Judges choice)
Best performance by Adam as usual but wasn't his best.
Second Kris Allen right song choice but not impressive too similar to original
Second Danny Gorkey bad song choice. Did not like the song but he did put in effort to make song his own. A close one between Kris and Danny
I gave same points to Kris and Danny. Cannot fault contestant due to judges's song choice.
Second round (Own song choice)
I think all 3 did a good job. Though I prefer Adam and Danny's song more.
I hope for Danny-Adam and Danny-Kris Finale. If its Adam-Kris finale I believe its going to be boring one. Anyway will totally depend on fans to vote for their top 2.

Dancing with the stars Season 8 top 4
I have been watching DWTS closely since Season 5. This season due to my work schedule and sickness I have not been able to blogged regularly.
My top 2 choice are : Melissa and Shawn
Most improved and entertaining Celebrity dancer is Ty Murray.
Bravo despite for being very wood in first episode, he has improved greatly.
