I stayed at MayTower recently and right opposite there is this new office buildings and new Shopping Mall called Capsquare Center.
The location is in between Jln Munshi Abdullah and opposite Jln Ampang. Very nice environment and less packed like Lot 10, Sg Wang. I like the environment very much and everywhere is walking distance to Dang Wangi LRT station and Bukit Nanas monorail station.

Not all shops are opened yet probably need to wait 3 to 6 months before fully opened. There is new condominium in progress right now. But I like the nice design and the fountain surrounding the place.
