昨天， 记者从残奥帆赛启动仪式新闻发布会上获悉，这场历时一个小时的开幕式包括一场以《让爱起飞》为主题的文艺表演，特邀两名残疾人歌手献歌，本市的500名残疾人代表将应邀到现场观看。 《让爱起飞》打动你的心 残奥帆赛启动仪式定于9月7日19：30在青岛奥帆中心主题公园举行，分为仪式前表演、仪式部分和文艺表演《让爱起飞》三个部分。在启动仪式正式开始之前，将有20分钟的仪式前表演和现场观众互动辅导。 19：30启动仪式正式开始，启动仪式将严格按照国际礼仪标准进行，包括升国旗奏国歌、展示25个参赛国家旗帜、升残奥会会旗、奏残奥会会歌。接下来是青岛市市长、奥帆委主席夏耕与北京奥组委有关负责人和国际残奥会执行委员马苏德·阿什拉菲先生致辞等内容。

文艺表演《让爱起飞》分为序《梦帆》、第一篇章《蓝色畅想》和第二篇章《爱心飞翔》三个章节。“表演不会再延续奥帆赛开幕式的宏大气势，而是以打动人心为特色。”启动仪式总导演宁肖周介绍说，演出将展现残疾人自强不息、顽强拼搏的精神风貌，力求打动人心。“届时，几百名武术队员用蓝绸把整个舞台装点成一片海洋，还会有舞蹈演员塑造出海底世界的美景，以展示青岛的城市魅力。”

500名残疾人代表到场 “这次表演时间较短，共计只有1小时，主要是考虑到残疾人运动员、观众的身体情况，压缩了时间。”市委宣传部副部长、市文化局局长姜正轩介绍说，启动仪式将有来自国际残奥委会、国际残帆联、北京奥组委、25个国家参赛代表团的运动员、教练员、技术官员和省内外嘉宾、青岛市各界代表约2000人到场参加。其中，还特别邀请了500名青岛市残疾人代表参加，让他们有机会在家门口感受到残奥会的氛围，体验到残奥帆赛带来的激情和欢乐。 除了表演时间压缩，对于残疾人观众，主办方还在观礼台和舞台的搭建上加以用心，场内处处设置了无障碍坡道，前三排座席上设置了轮椅座位和陪同人员的空间，轮椅人士最高可以到达6层观礼台。另外，训练有素的礼仪人员也将在现场随时随地提供帮助。

两名残疾人歌手献唱 此次残奥帆赛开幕式上，将有两名残疾人歌手现场放歌，用他们的歌声给现场的残疾人运动员加油，祝愿他们勇创佳绩。 其中，1999年凭借一首《窗外》迅速在歌坛走红的残疾人歌手李琛，将献唱一首《来吧》，这是他为残奥会专门创作的。下肢残疾的李琛昨天参加了残奥会圣火在北京朝阳公园的传递，为李琛推轮椅的是乒乓球前奥运冠军王涛，李琛将这对组合称为“残健同行，共享精彩”。北京残奥会开幕式前的垫场演出中，李琛还在鸟巢独唱了一首自己创作的歌曲。 火炬点燃还是个谜


另外，新加坡盲人歌手陈伟联将与青岛本地歌手孙雅君共同演唱奥运歌曲《同在蓝色星球上》。

“陈伟联是华纳公司旗下的一名歌手，自加入娱乐圈后，他一直给人一种乐观、自信和开朗的印象，再加上陈伟联的经历与残疾人运动员坚强不屈的运动精神如出一辙，因此邀他献声残奥帆赛开幕式。”宁肖周总导演介绍说。 最让人关注的残奥帆赛庆典火炬由谁来点燃，采用什么方式来点燃，目前还是个谜。参与发布会的主办方对这些问题都是一再强调保密，或者表示现在还不能确定。不过，姜正轩一再强调：“相信别具一格的残奥帆赛庆典火炬点燃方式，也会像奥帆赛一样给大家带来惊喜”。据介绍，火种来自北京残奥会的圣火火种灯，火种灯在6日晚残奥会开幕式结束后连夜送抵青岛，将于今天上午抵达。 晚8：30点火仪式结束后，奥帆中心将升起10分钟的高空焰火来祝兴，届时奥帆基地和沿海一线将成为欢乐的海洋。岛城市民可以在沿海一线观赏焰火，最佳地点是五四广场。
