Can some people be more polite and not rude?
I try to keep in touch with my ex-bosses, colleagues, and users to people whom I work with before especially those whom I previously respected and report to in my previous organizations. But some people especially my ex-bosses can be really taking advantage of people. I still remember the company I work for HAS my ex female boss she always look for someone to be scapegoat whenever things goes wrong. She is very good talker and always sweet talk to customers but when with staff all she cares was "when can we complete implementation, when can we collect payment".

If staff perform wells she will praise the staff like others do not exist but changes quickly when small little thing happen like "customer complain" without even find out if its a real complain or the customer is just trying to get attention. I recall I work for her till I have "depression" for about 6 months as I could not sleep at night and I tried to take a break by taking days off back to Malaysia but even that she don't give me a break still try call me from Singapore and chase for projects. My mum actually complaint why my boss is so inconsiderate. Well that explains why I left.

Recently, my other ex female boss from my latest departure job (not convenient to mention the company hahaha) happen to MSN me since end of last year about 1.5 years after I left and she was with new organization. Out of curiosity I msn her twice to find out how she is doing this year but seems that she was not willing to share much about where she work nor her new married life. But since last week I have received unusual pop up MSN window from her twice.

The first time she saw me status was "BUSY" but without even a greeting of "Hi can I interrupt you" but just asked me for information and help and expect a reply almost instantly. I find this rather rude but I still response by saying "Sorry I cannot remember it has been 2 years". Then this week she MADE ME SUPER MAD.

I was attending US conference and put my status as "IN A CALL". Even my frens will not dare to msn me when its this status yet my EX BOSS pop up a window and ask me rudely "You have this XXXXX developer contact ? I need urgently developer now". There is no "Hi" etc. (I really felt like telling her "HELLO MADAM, I NOT REPORTING TO YOU ANYMORE, DO I OWE YOU A REPLY?" Anyway the most funny thing is this developer was not selected by her after I shortlist then so how can I possibly even keep her number?

After I replied her, (tried as much to be polite) "Sorry I no longer support Oracle ERP now I am supporting Peoplesoft. I don't keep oracle developers contact". As expected there is no "Thanks" nor a reply "Its ok" Just logoff. Can you believe how piss off I am !

Honestly I am totally pissed off. I made complaints to my colleagues and friends and they asked me to ignore this "Rude ex boss". I find that I am kind enough to response though I was busy both times and this person is totally not feeling "pai seh" for requesting information from me though she knew I no longer support Oracle ERP for 2 years. I remembered clearly I informed all my ex bosses that I am moving on to support other ERP applications.

If she EVER come to disturb me and expect any help from me without even a word of "Thanks" I am declaring here that I would ban her msn. She has made me really MAD !!!!
