Fitness training - weighing and measure time
Yesterday I went gym myself after cancelling tuesday's session due to back pain. Strangely the pain which could be cause by strained muscle pain moved down to my buttock area after the back pain is gone. While I was exercising on the Stepper, Mike came back from his dinner and saw me. He came to ask how was my back pain if it is still painful to see if its serious. After explanations he said the pain is common just need to take some rest.So Mike suggested tonight's session to have no more "weight" lifting and do something which will not strain my back muscle. He would like me not to drink and eat before come for training tonight. He is going to have measurement done for me. Taking weight and calculating my fat %. HoHoHo! I just realised 15 sessions completed which is half the package I signed for one to one trainer.I am curious myself how many % fat I have lost so far. The last weight I have done myself was 2 weeks ago right before I leave for Malaysia before CNY. And strangely today is last day of CNY.
