5th Feb - marketing day
Today finally its the day to have family breakfast and marketing. I had my first breakfast this week with my parents and my eldest sister. My mum was excited and told me she wanted to show me around in the New Wet Market near my home. Well, it was not that new just that I never been there since its opened mid last year. I ordered 'wanton' soup for myself and tea while my other family members ordered their normal breakfast.

I gave part of my wanton to my mum so that I do not over eat. After taking breakfast I went around with my mum. We bought one orange chiffon cake and another choc chip cake for afternoon snack each cost RM6 and its so cheap coz for the same cake will cost min SGD5 in Singapore. I gave half the orange chiffon cake to my eldest sister before went down to help my mother did marketing. We need to stock up food for CNY to prepare for tomorrow (pre CNY dinner) and 1st 2 days of CNY.

After marketing, I drove my mum to get CNY flowers at nearby nursery. My mum was so excited and happy coz we bought 4 pots of beautiful chrysanthemum and her favourite flower pots (not sure the name will upload photos later) for RM32. Then for lunch I made porridge for two of us and mum was happy coz she need not cook. She said the porridge was wonderful and she loved it. HoHo I will share more about the porridge later.
