4th Feb - Visit Fitness First Subang Jaya
4th Feb, Monday as planned I took KTM to KL to meet my friend (From Jac FC) to collect 2 cds from him in the afternoon. Before meeting him I took KTM train to KL sentral and change to Subang Jaya. First time I visited Fitness First gym in Malaysia at Wisma Consplant. There are 11 fitness centers I chose the ones near to train station so I do not need to drive to avoid massive jams.

Well from the introduction "Situated in the heart of Subang Jaya amidst the hustle and bustle of a busy residential area, Fitness First Wisma Consplant will impress you with its latest design and the most advanced range of "A" Grade exercise equipment. Fitness First Wisma Consplant will provide you with much excitement with its two group exercise rooms - fully able to cater for the public's growing hunger for exercise with a difference".

My personal opinion: Compared to Singapore, the AMK Hub FF was far much better equipped. Am surprised that this has the best and most advance exercise equipment. In fact AMK Hub has more and in terms of space, Subang Jaya has two storeys while AMK Hub one but about the same size. Was not that impressed with Malaysia one but I was happy that there were just about 5 people when I was there. Plastic bags were not unlimited as in Singapore and very thin not able to put heavy stuff in the bags.

One good thing must comment, there are a number of items sold by Fitness center Malaysia. I bought 2 white tee different designs, and an MP3 armband. Wanted to get gloves but no stock. Maybe I shall go to another Fitness First later this week before I go back Singapore if I have the time. After I exercise and burn 500 calories I went to change and go to KTM station to take train to Central. I decided to use the back way where its nearer to KTM station. While on the way I got a shock.

My Shock:

While I was on my way walking alone to station I was approached by ang moh man who is probably 30 plus and he carried a huge and pink color disney cartoon bag. I suspect he was mentally not sound. He spoke to me in Malay asking me where I am heading and kept smiling to me and following me. I looked at him smile but did not reply him and continued walking.

Then he walked closer to me trying to continue to talk to me to find out where I was going, I stopped and took out my mobile just to sms my friend whom I am meeting later. This ang moh probably thought I wanted to call someone for help so he walked away quickly and disappear from my view.

Phew, finally I arrived at KTM station and I needed to walk the overhead bridge to wait for my train. Gosh ! I saw this same ang moh man walking ahead of me so I waited for him to sit down before I walk down the bridge so he could not see me. As there where about another 15 people there I was not afraid even if he sees me.

Such a bad experience. I was scared of the security in Malaysia these days that I was extra careful where I go especially if I was alone.
