Sunday night, 3rd Feb, I told my mum that I am now controlling my diet intakes and will not be going out for breakfast with them in morning. So my parents went out for breakfast without me and I woke up about 8 am and made oats for myself. After my mum realised I just had oats with egg, she kept remind me if I was hungry and if I needed other food. Then she offer to cook something for me which made me really mad. Why am I so mad? Coz my mum has been nagging me for almost 2 years for me to loose weight. She is so naggy that I finally now come to my sense to go on strict fitness training and discipline myself to keep on healthy diet plan, she is trying to make me eat more.

Finally I cannot take it I scream at my mum. Yeah I really scream at her asking her to please stop asking me to eat and please be more considerate. She finally come to senses that I am trying my best this time so she apologized to me. She told me she did not know that I was that serious and that it was a good thing and she will be more considerate :) Phew ! I am relieved else I would have to take her nagging everyday.

Again its time for dinner and we went out with my eldest sister and my 2nd sister and her 2 sons. We ordered western food and my mum's meal was last to come and she kept trying to get food from us and finally eyeing on my nephew's fried fish which made us all laugh coz the way she ask the rest to give her part of our meal was really funny. I had Fish and chips but I only take the vegetables and 3/4 of fish and gave the rest to my mum.

After dinner, I went for CNY shopping at NSK store, its a huge hypermarket near my home just like Makro or Carrefour. My dad as usual did not want to go at night and asked me to go Monday morning but I have appointment in KL so I told him I shall drive. I went with my parents and after arrive at NSK we went shopping for about an hour spent RM160+ (Oo La La) bought alot of groceries like packet noodles, 3 in 1 drinks etc and fruits. Then when we about to leave, we realised it was very heavy rain outside.

I had to get plastic bags from store and cover myself to drive our car over for my father to load the goods. When we arrived home, my dad brought umbrella down for me and he passed me the plastic bags to carry up our apartment. But to my dismay those plastic bags given by NSK hypermart is very thin that the plastic bags has holes just after awhile and items just drop on the flooded ground. I just realised that the quality of plastic bags from Malaysian stores is now so thin it cannot hold heavy stuff in compared to the NTUC plastic bags I get in Singapore I really surprised to see the changes this time. Maybe its only NSK? I am not too sure since its been quite sometime I shop in other supermarkets in Malaysia.
