Take care of your health and heart
Dear friends
I started to think about signing up for fitness training classes after realised I get tired easily and body ache for past couple months.

Today we have heard about MC King's past away which is said to be due to heart failure. Perhaps he has overworked due to recent acting projects he took part. If any of you out there feel that you get tired easily always out of breath, do start to exercise if you have not exercise for long time.

Take care of your health not for yourself also for your family esp your parents. I now put aside time everyweek about 10 hours to exercise. This is not because I want to look slim but mainly I am afraid I will have heart problems. Doctors ever told me people who are obese will get heart attack easily and not high blood pressure.
