10th fitness training 25th Jan and my schedule till 8th Feb
I had my 10th training session. Mike ask me to complete burning 100 calories through cycling. After that we proceed to machines to lift weight for my lower legs using 2 different leg machines doing 20 times each for 3 rounds (total 60 times) and then do squad and stand exercise for 15 times each leg and 3 rounds (90 times). After this we move on to use another machine which is for thighs for 30 times weight increase from 10kg, 15kg then 25kg. Did this for 3 times = 90 times.After proceed to use the machine which is for training my legs and abdomen, pull 1500 meters. Finally after all these I was asked to use stepper for 5 mins. This is the final exercise for today. Though it seem fairly easy but there was no break in between and I felt my right lower leg musle a bit of strained. So exercise stop here for today.2nd feb to 8th Feb I will be in Malaysia so I will have less training next 2 weeks. I will be celebrating CNY with family.I will take time today to go gym for my own exercise. Meanwhile next week's training (Friends do take note). If I have time I will try go to gym again tomorrow (Monday). Although I have requested for international pass to use gym when I am in Malaysia but at the moment I am unsure if I can go need to checkout my schedule and the location.Next week training:Wed: 6pm (30th Jan)Thu : 6pm (31st Jan)I will be back to Singapore 9th Jan morning.
