i-weilian suntec autograph session 11/24
Some details from xin.sg:

This afternoon at Suntec City Fountain of Wealth, Kelvin Tan held a autograph session for his second album, i.Weilian. The already outspoken Kelvin, after many "trainings" from his promotion events in Taiwan and Hong Kong, became more calm in his performance.

Several fans were already there two hours before the actual event to occupy a perfect place to see Kelvin. What is surprising is that, apart from the young fans present, even elderly fans in the 60s and 70s and even a child around 1 year old were present. The child's mother states that the moment she plays Kelvin's songs, her child will move to the beat. Though the inconvenience in carrying the child at the autograph session for several hours, she insists on bringing the child there so as to not miss their idol's performance.

At the most front row stands a fan aged 62 year old. She states that she had never stopped supporting Kelvin, ever since the Project Superstar competition. She had first agreed on an interview, but after I lent her my mirror, she thought that her present state was not very good and she thus was scared that she will not look good on video, and she changed her decision about the interview at the last minute. (Regret lending her my mirror)

After much hoping for Kelvin to appear, the main lead of the autograph session, Kelvin Tan finally appeared, leading to a wave of fans cheering for him warmly. He had actually arrived at Suntec City very early, but he was resting in the office. Due to his early presence, fans there were not in great numbers, leading to Kelvin worrying that there will not be much people. Though the worries, the fact shows that he worried too much!

Surprisingly, Jason, Project Superstar contestant, appeared at the autograph session. According to the publicity unit, Jason often helps Kelvin with his makeup and hair. Jason, who has disappeared for some time, is still charismatic and also dresses up very fashionably. Having a old-friend helping with the makeup, not only is there an additional touch of trust and humour, much cordiality was also present, which is especially important to the visually handicapped Kelvin.

As for Kelvin Tan's obstacles in his vision helping him gain the notice of overseas fans and media, as long as he faces everything with generosity and open-mindedness, he can transform his shortcoming to his advantages.
